Just fired up the OTL now that winter - or what passes for winter here in Las Vegas - has arrived.
25WPC of luscious OTL power.
About 6 months ago I put the white ceramic anode caps in; the rubber caps had rotted and become loose. And replaced 4 640v caps on the board.
At the same time, replaced all the tubes from my EL-509 stash of supposedly NOS tubes from the bay...
Unit is going on 20 years old and still sounds mesmerizing.
