in their reproduction of music. Powerful, yes very powerful, but totally uninvolving...to my ears. Even their active subwoofers as well!!I can think of a few items that come to mind that were LEAGUES more enjoyable and involving to listen to:
-Bryston B-60
-BAT - VK-3I
-Parasound HCA-2205
-Plinius [all their stuff]
-Pass Labs [Aleph 3, Aleph 4]
-Nakamichi PA-7
-Classe DR-8and many other items I've heard but can't remember brands off hand now..
