Compared to the stock supports, the Sound Anchors are a much more solid structure. The SA's improve the quality of the bass, cleaner and extended. And being rigid, it also helps out in the rest of the frequencies. Both supports allow for tilt adjustment via the screw-in spikes. The two (LFTs and Sound Anchors) just go together.
But, as in all tweaks, its all dependent on your setup, room, etc...
