I feel for you Roger, and well I remember your articles from the 70's.
You got screwed, but he probably did it legal, so you are funked.
Now that word is out that you no longer have anything to do with Innersound, it will die.
Karma will take care of the greedy Mr. Leeds.
He better hope there is no re incarnation ?
Otherwise he will come back as an Electroytic Capacitor ?
Personally, I would just try and go on.
Perhaps start building speakers again, and selling direct until you get going.
