I've been living under a rock. This is the first I heard of the lawsuit. Do you have any details? Patent infringement? Although I've owned Maggies for almost 20 years, I well remember the Apogee Scintilla and loved the sound. In fact, I liked them better than the Maggies of that time (mid-1980s). They were carried by the same store that sold my Maggies.
