The 1.6 model indeed had bi-wire binding posts while the newer models like the .7 typically don't. This change likely reflects KEF's design philosophy evolution or cost considerations. If you're interested in ordering the .7 with bi-wire binding posts, I'd recommend contacting KEF customer service or your authorized dealer directly to inquire about custom options, as this would depend on whether the manufacturer offers such customization.
