Unfortunately, since my crossover is parallel versus the series one you have, I can not say that what I did is directly applicable to your situation. Also, my electronics are substantially different.
I would "play" with the 10uF cap if you have the funds to do it. Bypasses can make a difference if you can't afford to replace the entire cap.
