stuff like that makes me grateful I live in a warm climate that doesn't induce a lot of rust. If my car looked like that underneath, I would freak out. ,

But some people might not be as adverse to blood, pain and car crashes as myself. I was once called over to see a rusted out frame section repaired with tightly rolled newspaper stuffed inside the frame rail, with bondo body filler to cover it up, , that was exposed after a screw driver investigated the bondo.
