hearing that ignorant load gives me a pain, as does any Putin loving maggot enemy of my democracy . republicans have become a party of obstruction , in a system that depends on compromise of thought to advance the nation for the good of the people , they will never advance a judge unless they have the majority, and will never promote a non MagA impartial judges , so this kabuki theatre is pointless publicity , and not serious .

Have you heard any airline stories lately where merit has been displaced by the unqualified ? How has 10 years of that strategy been working out ?

Also, it is NOT a democracy. It is a constitutional republic. 2 different things that the failed judge candidate could probably not articulate either, standing by her failed record.

man, we both know the American system is not strictly defined as a democracy. implying that a normal person would be bereft of such knowledge is pretty aggressive if polite conversation to advance thought is the mutual goal.

Going to caps and bringing up such a non pertinent point makes me think you just want to be argumentative , seeking a keyboard victory that does not advance the conversation, as do the string of rhetorical questions .

I grant you victory. I offered my thoughts, and am bright enough to constructively defend them, as I consider them well reasoned . but I only come here for entertainment, not to ague with those seeking what would seem to me a pyrrhic victory through conflict. .

My comments apply only to Kennedy's grandstanding in front of cameras as presented to us by emt's linked video. It was clearly intended as"red meat" for a specific audience. Kennedy appears to be reading his inquisition from a prepared script kinda like Hollywood except that most professional actors are capable of memorizing their lines before getting in front of a camera. And yep, other pols do it too but we're discussing Kennedy not others. The remainder of the stuff you bring up doesn't pertain to this discussion.
