Oscar,

A huge THANK YOU for your work. I purchased the $40 power cord you recommended and plugged it into my power amp on my main rig.

I played a low res (e.g. free spotify) version of Markus Philippe's Pink Panther and immediately the strings on his bass came alive with detail that was lacking when using other entry level power cords.

I bought a second power cord to use on the preamp in my active speaker desktop setup and when I connected it to the preamp, I was again met with more detail.

Best of Health,

Doublej

Doublej,

You're definitely more than welcome, as I wrote to a newfound buddy over on Head-Fi that was thoughtful enough to have sent me a personal message several weeks back thanking me for my post he was able to locate on various forums, which made my day to day the least.

As I've mentioned time and time again, I'm no self proclaimed golden eared guru type, but I've long understood the importance of accuracy, truth of notes as it relates to tonality | timbre | pitch as well as dynamic shadings within the recordings themselves, as not to second guess what merely sounds | feels right to my senses and speaks to my very core.

Yet it seems there are some that take my occasional rants as it relates to social injustices to heart, and seemingly are bothered by the truths which exist around us all on a daily basis, well as I see it, so be it. As it merely made me wish to share my views ( stories ) with like minded souls, whom were actually willing to trust in my words enough to follow upon said items, and actually purchase them, and privately write me to said thanks, which is good enough for me, it seems while some tend to look down on Chinese made products | or cabling, once again as I know it...-, they're a technology driven culture, which are more than capable of reverse engineering said items, as compared to the items going for thousands of dollars, at a fraction of their asking prices, so in my own personal life, they've in fact replaced cables of which I paid a total of $4.891 retail for, whereas nowadays my most expensive cable is a 3.8m pair of Kudos Audio KS-1 SCs, whereas the combined cost of my IC's | PCs ( all Grey Knight or Preffair ) comes to about $539, and to my mind I'm not longing for anything else.

And if you're liking what you're hearing now?, just try exchanging the stock plugs ( blades ) out to either silver plated copper ones on both ends, or silver plated copper as the male, and an un-plated copper one on the female side of things, as it becomes even more grounded as far as organically correction goes, as in an even better sense of ebb and flow.

As the saying went " the times are a changing " and I'd be happier.

Be well | Stay safe | Above all, enjoy what's left of life itself.
