Perhaps he was as respectful towards VPI on the phone, if indeed he ever did call them.
I notice that once again you don't offer any help or advice in reaching Harry you just want to claim what a great guy he is. I say put up or shut up. If you had such an easy time reaching him then do it right now and let him know what a problem I and everyone else is having with his after the sale service. Have him contact me via the forum RIGHT now and we can try and solve this problem. But you can't and you won't. Once again I say you lying and not trying to help solve the problems of others which I thought was the purpose of this forum. VPI has had 19 days to respond to my emails and haven't, I have tried calling over and over again to no avail. Many other members have said how their experience has been the same. Either try and help or get off the thread.
