Looks like an AT-3600 with an aftermarket stylus. I'm ALMOST sure an official Audio Technica 3600 conical stylus should work.

It's possible, even likely, that the stylus on the cart pictured is made by AT despite the funky logo.
There are conicals, ellipticals, and hyper-ellipticals available for the A3600-series. Might even be an ML lurking around somewhere.
