Those are pretty serious allegations against Wm, some of them are criminal. If you have proof, you should take it up with the PA Attorney General. You referred to Wm as "The Firm" in your book, but that doesn't absolve you from any possible wrong doing; it's common knowledge that Wm was your mfring partner during the timeline in question. The part that confuses me, is why would you air your dirty laundry in the 40th Anniversary book? Other than the shots you took at Wm, it was a fairly positive text.

What you call poking the bear, I would prefer to call defending my company and products. I walked away from trying to work with VPI because on both attempts I made, I was overwhelmed by the disrespect and arrogance on display from both you and Harry; I decided I could do better off on my own. After that, Harry made numerous false and disparaging posts regarding our products, even though he has no idea how they work and initially thought they were great. I have a right to correct the record when someone makes false statements.

You must find some merit in my products as you are now showing a version of the SDS that is digital based and has closed loop feedback as an option, similar to my products. Imitation really is the sincerest form of flattery and I'm extremely flattered. I'm confident that you will find this was a better approach all along.
