I can see something written on the back of the cone. The Wharfedales I had were initialled by the guy who inspected them. One of mine was a GAB, Briggs himself. You may also find a number, which is the free air resonance, and often a date. The woofer looks like the regular 8", a very nice little full range and ought to go pretty low in a ported box of that size. Cloth surround?
Since it's in a sub-enclosure, the tweeter has to be one of their awful open back models. I had the 3", and it was way too bright. But maybe Wharfedale knew how to tame it.

The tweeters on my W60 speakers are enlcosed like that and they are not bright at all. Neither are my W90's.

Use an oil filled cap and you won't have the problem with the tweeter being harsh.
and that's the extent of the XO. Did I mention that previously? I don't remember :-)
all the best,

My W90 and W60 came with oil filled caps!
