I test my system with the same meter, it was reading over a hundred also.
I unplugged each piece of equipment until I found the culprit. For a while I thought it was the power cable feeding my Sony cd player, but it turned out to be my expensive Torus conditioner.
I replaced it with one of my Brickwalls and the reading dropped to 25, and hasn't moved.
Don't worry about the buzz, just get the reading below 50.
Follow Ups:
I tested nearly every outlet in the house. The quietest outlet still reads 80-ish. I'm not sure if the EV chargers at my neighbors' houses are causing the elevated line noise level. Maybe I just have to live with it.
sounds like you need to either get Solar with a battery - the Inverters provide some very nice regulation, and should be quieter-
Otherwise a regenerative Power conditioner-
there is something in the wiring of your home that is noisy.
This could be coming from many different sources - including the transformer down or up the line from your house...
Happy Listening
Depending on the age of your house wiring, it could be anything. A dedicated line could help if you don't already have one for the system.
