The balance is restored by adding mass of the tape to the CD, which moves the total mass toward the outer edge of the disc. The viscoelastic tape also prevents the disc from vibrating and fluttering whilst spinning. And by ensuring the CD is level during play, since the out of round condition is exacerbated when the CD is not absolutely level whilst spinning.I assume you guys aren't quite up to speed on the moment of inertia of a spinning body.

OK, can you show us the test data and calculations of your test setup for this tweak?
What are the numbers before and after?
You really need to go spend some time in the library and come back when you're better prepared to have a real discussion.
I asked if we could see your test data, not what moment of inertia means. I already know that as I'm sure several others here do as well.Just show us your numbers. Pictures of your test setup would speak even more to your credibility.
You made the scientific claims of success here not anyone else. We just want to see your data like any competent educated scientist would provide upon request.
We don't need your smart ass responses.
And before you just scrape some formulas off some university site, be prepared to work the numbers in detail for us. After all, you already did the calculations, didn't you?
