Here's a pic of my Rack.I figured it was time I posted about the Rack I just built.
Only the 3/4" MDF is is fastened to the rods. The top side of MDF holes are recessed to allow the inside washer and nut to sit inside the MDF.
Then a layer of 1/4" cork which does not touch the rods or nuts, then the Top layer of 3/4" Cheery Plywood. The holes on the underside the the Cherry is recessed for clearance, so it does not contact the rod or nut.
The Top Cherry Section is a tad bigger then the other sections.
Cherry trim borders are then put on and only glued to the Top section for a finished look. The borders do not touch the cork or MDF.It took a while to get it done, but had alot of fun doing it and learned alot as well when it comes to wood work.
A keen eye might spot an extra hole on the bottom middle shelf, my Bad, :O(, so I ended up making the hole a tad bigger so I can put a Globe Vacuum Tube I have in there for display, most of my other mistakes are hidden. lol :O)
So I think it turned out pretty good for my first project! Thanks to all the inmates that replied to my earlier posting and gave me some great ideas for this project!! :O)
That's a few roller Blocks on a couple of shelves, if your wondering.

Benie, I hope this sounds as good to you as it looks. It should and you should be very pleased with yourself and your sound.
Thanks bartc!
I pretty happy with how it turn out.
I also did a little rework on some of my AC and more crystals in a hole I drilled in my isolation platforms under my Isolation transformers and some on Top of the Isolation transformers.
I hate doing a few things at once, but it had to be done at the time.
It is settling in very nicely! :O)
Thanks for your help with it!

Thanks for the Compliment.
I am thinking i might redo the very Top shelf and make that Shelf a little narrower.
But maybe I'll just wait until I want to experiment with different materials fo the shelf as well.

Here you can see how the bottom section is recessed, the underside of the top section is right beside it to give you an idea of how the top + bottom mate together. The underside of the top section is recessed as well.
