RF noise goes where stray capacitances and inductances inside the equipment allow it to go. Power amps usually have feedback networks that allow RF noise to get to the amp circuit's input stage directly from the the amp's output terminals, but, even if they don't, the stray capacitances may still allow the amp to be susceptible to noise present at the output terminals.

Speaker cables can act as both antennas and resonators for RF noise. The speakers themselves can act as antennas. Magnepan ribbon tweeters are especially good antennas.
