No5oh's post is exactly what I had in mind. Basically you strip both ends (old and new) twist and tape up. use the old wire as a snake and pull in the new wire. you guys caught me tho! I do this at work and everything is in conduit. Didnt think about home wiring being secured by staples. I would staple anyone's rear end that tried that in an industrial environment. Actually I have usually been the stupidvisor rather than the person that does the pulling. HA! I get paid more to watch!
