Just buy a surface mount single opamp and solder wire leads on to it.

Might not be that easy...they're using a single supply on the datasheet, and it may well be used that way in the Gibson (many modern opamp exhibit really nasty behavior on start-up when run on single supplies)..plus the 8022A can run off of a 45V supply, which is a tad much for most opamps.

IOW, there's insufficient information here to tell you one way or the other. Need to see a schematic.
