I might be reading it wrong, but I find it strange that you’re getting skipping with that much isolation (the SRA alone should do the trick). Maybe others can chime in about that. But if you’re convinced that it’s a lack of isolation, check out Finite- Elemente’s Cerabase. I think that F-E recommends it as an upgrade under their racks. A set of four, if I recall, will set you back close to a grand, but they’re very effective. Check out the link:

You might want to try that, too. I think Music Direct offers a 30-day money back on the Cerabases. If they don't solve the problem, you can return them and possibly look into stiffening the floor. Good luck!
Hi Quint
I too was surprised that the SRA alone did not cure it. My dilema is do I pay a further grand and put the Cerabases under or just go for the Pagode, hoping that does the trick.
Thanks for the follow up
Cheers

I have the Ceraballs and like them a lot.
BUT... you might approach this from a different angle.
IF your floor is sending vibration up into the rack, then making the floor more solid might do the trick.
What we (ex pat) Poms call an acro (adjustable metal support you can jack up under the floor beams) might make everything rigid enough to suppress the vibration.
Alternatively you could look at isolating your speakers from the floor.
This has, in my experience, always produced good results in isolation and the bonus of clearing up any bloat in the midbass.
