Are you handy with a voltmeter? Here is the manual and there are quite a few steps and it's pretty straight forward.If not,I have a friend near Lake Geneva that can help you.

I would prefer someone who has experience calibrating tube testers to work on it. Can you contact your friend or give me his contact info.
