I don't know the amp you are using
but you might want to try the KT120.
It draws a lttle more heater current!
It is getting some good reviews.

  The KT-120 doesn't sound like or as good as the Ei KT-90 from what my friend told me.

  Plate curves on the KT120.
  
  Honest amplification is better than excessive 2nd order distortion anytime.

  i got those with my brandnew atlas magnum. after aprox. 100 hours they began to sound muddy! i do not know why this happened but many report the same sad experience with the KT120.

the EH KT90 has nothing in common with the true Ei vintage tube.
