My guess is that their AMT and their midrange came from Beyma in Spain.

I use the Beyma 3-inch AMT in my "LS/5.25A" design.

I can't figure out where they put the woofer!

  It's top firing with two side mounted passive radiators. I have heard both the active and passive versions at shows. They are among the best stand mounts I've heard and certainly the most full range.

I've used DEQX DSP and one amplifier channel per driver since 2004 with my DIY horn systems. I can recommend this methodology very very highly.
