  I have the Rosewood P3SERs and I love, love, love them. I'm listening to them as I write this.
  
  The XD's sell for $3290 new and I purchased my non-XDs on Audiogon last year for $1700. He's selling these for $3299. At that price I'd seek out a Authorized Dealer - rather than an eBay seller with 66.7$% Positive Feedback.

      Aside from that, buyer protection plan really wouldn't help in a dispute. Proceed with caution!

        I am surprised audiophiles even consider buying these top speakers on ebay. There are reputed dealers of Harbeth. I once visited one in NH, a great place.

      He is charging only $495 for the speaker and $2904 for shipping. He explains why so. I dont quite understand why. So it works out to $3399 for the $3299 speaker including shipping.

          Easily worth the drive from about anywhere in that case :) Why do I have a feeling they wouldn't be $495 when you arrived at his door though. Ridiculously overpriced at his full asking price.
