Just so you know, bass is expensive and good bass is very expensive. If you're satisfied with full, fat bass around 100 Hertz, you can probably find something. But if you want clear, undistorted bass down around the low range of an acoustic bass, you will have to spend many more bucks than you have in mind. Not trying to snob you out here, just reporting the facts.

Well, for me it will be compromised condition between "good bass" and budget.
I audition some bookshelfs at local store ; Epos M12i, Quad 12L2,Dali,JMlab.
found that bookshelf JMlab Chorus 706 V (France made) match with my requirements.

Price around 500USD.
