Bought a couple items recently, one as of today still being advertised on their site as 'new in box'. When I got it home it was obviously a well-used defective return. So used the embossed letters on the top of the case were full of dust. He claims all the the open boxes in store are due to their 'quality check'. On the same visit I picked up a small accessory to find he had charged me $5 more than the quoted price.
Last year buying new electronics the price in store magically rose $100 over the web price. The store is closing down but best to avoid. No loss seeing this one go away.
