6b4g SET. B+ supply 5r4 with critical inductance LC filter followed by one additional LC filter for each output tube. Critical inductance LCRC filament supply. UltraPath cap, no cathode bypass cap. ElectraPrint output transformers.
Drivers on their own chassis.
Power supply for drivers on it's own chassis. (not shown)
Tube rectifier with critical inductance LCLC filter feeding a depletion mode MosFet based CCS feeding VR tubes shunt regulated B+. Heater supply SS bridge rectifier with critical inductance LCLCRC filter.
This three chassis stereo amplifier drives my mid range speakers (Fostex FE206E) and my tweeters (Large Heil AMT).
I use a SS amp to drive my JBL 2231 15" woofers in JBL 4503A-1 enclosures.

Is this like a 6V version of a 2A3? Nice looking amp.
I have a very nice Silvercore 2A3 amps that uses a 6C45P transformer coupled to the output stage. 5U4G rectified (works with 5AR4 and 5R4GY etc.). This drives my Horning Eufrodite Ellipse speakers beautifully.

First time in 16 years.

not to interrupt your sonic bliss (which I, too, am enjoying...lol).
That was one of the most intelligent posts I've read here.

My first SET/Pentode, that i still have is the Decware SE84C. It takes SV83 or EL84 tubes & produces a GLORIOUS 1.8wpc or 3.5wpc pentode via on the fly switch. It also takes 12AX7's or 6DJ8 types, & 5Y3GT rectifier. I called them up & said that the power tubes made distortion when moved ( very easily ), & they said " they will all be like that one day!" What service!? After all they let everyone build one of these! It is now sitting in a shoe box. On the other hand i have a NoRH SE9 that has been flawless! For about the same price (no longer available) it produces 9 wpc & takes EL34 & variant's Kt77 & a 5AR4 rectifier. And looks 100 times better with a polished stainless chassis & flat black face plate with power switch , volume & 2 input switch. With 2 massive potted transformers & probably weighs around 30 pounds!
