In terms of number of emails, I get more responses to the music, than to, for example, cables and electronics. Readers don't necessarily like or dislike the music (that's not the point), but they love the variety and education. Because there's that silent army of rock music audiophiles, they want more coverage of acts like Italy's Lacuna Coil.

When I did the 2010 Census, one of my partners said that he had previously worked on the 2000 Census, when he was in grad school at UAB. Are you anywhere near there? Anyway, my Census partner never mentioned that UAB's mascot is the Blazer. I did not know that, until recently. Moreover, the Blazer is not a sport coat, but a fire-breathing dragon!
