why does anyone who has spent $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ need to have to do this???????????????? The thing is simply not 'universal'

'Usually with USB where there is a will, there is a way. The USB troubleshooting method is not super complex but few seem to know even the most basic of steps to avoid resource conflicts and spits and sputters.'
