I'm afraid SSSE3 will not work with my processor....to bad, I was hoping to give it a listen.
As far as AWE, is it possible to create a RAM drive just for cPlay and have it use that since the XP options are not available in Vista?

Follow Ups:
RAM drive is not needed as cPlay loads directly into its internal buffers. AWE makes this internal buffer processing more efficient.
I wonder if there is anything that can be done with Vista's ReadyBoost. I know that when I use it while playing programs like Winamp, Foobar or JRiver pops and clicks go away when there are spikes in processor usage.
At any rate, thank you for the explanation of AWE and thanks again for making this player available so that others can enjoy it...
