How would you know if there's AOL toolbars, game programs etc. embedded in the download? Unless you've attempted a download in the last 24 hours. Perhaps the site has recently become corrupted.
As stated in my first post, I did download the program from cnet this morning, without incident. When I hit the "help" tab in the Mp3tag program, it took me back to the Mp3tag site, and IE gave a cautionary pop up block again. I just tried it now, using the help button (in the Mp3tag program itself), and there it is.

If it's difficult to read, it says:
"To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted the webpage from running scripts or ActiveX controls which could access your computer. Click here for options"
