I wonder why we listen music !
What do we feel when listening music !
What happens to our body!
Why a fantastic song for someone is terrible for the other !
Why we sometimes want to listen our best music but immediately bored, we replace it, and replace it and replace it, still don't like any of them.
We like and buy a CD but when we are home, we dislike it.
We don't like a kind of music but after years, we suddenly like it
Opinions are welcome
Regards

The answer appears simple enough to me. Presuming we consider an otherwise normal healthy human adult this phenomenon occurs throughout all of life. Sometimes we feel less attracted to our loved ones or to some Food Dish or another. The principle of Novelty is in play to some degree but much of the instigation there is usually going to be mental distraction. When you have a mind full of unresolved thoughts your focus is scattered your attention divided. Some quiet focus taking time to process all those unadressed issues to your satisfaction should give you a quiet mind which you can then focus on the Music or whatever it may be. While a "favorite" piece of Music may have been heard hundreds of times before one can listen more deeply and find they aren't being bored so while Novelty is stimulating there may be degrees within very densely rich music that mere repeated listening does not exhaust but add to your mind concerns about world affairs, personal health, one's own faults and shortcomings or future uncertainties and the most wonderful musical creation's beauty may escape you.
