The diagram in your post doesn't ring any bells. :-((
I remember it all being straightforward:
* I made up a linear PS which fed 4x Xkitz PCBs. (2x 2-way and 2x 3-way; the guy had some strange requirements - this was just a prototype, to see whether his proposed spkrs would actually work!)
* so there were 4x +/gnd wire pairs coming from the PS (so in parallel).
* each PCB had a black dual-connector for its DC power wires - with '+' and 'gnd' marked.
Attached is a pic of the final assembly:

From your pic (and the current one on their website) it looks like it still uses the same sort of terminal next to the input RCA.
I'll check it when they get here, but I'm still puzzled by their statement that no -Ve supply is needed - where did you supply ground from?

That pic is just like the 2-way Xkitz PCBs that I used. :-))Linear PSs can be either:
* dual - ie. pos & neg DC rails
or
* single ended - ie. just a pos DC rail.In both cases ... there is also a Ground point.
Xkitz uses a SE supply - so, as you can see from my pic - it needs a red
'+ve' wire and a white 'ground' wire. Your +15v PS should be able to supply this.

Sorry to be a dunce about this. My LPS has a cable with two internal wires which, when connected to the output labelled 15V DC my multimeter measures as 15V across the end terminations. Can I use one of these as a ground, or are they +DC and -DC?
I already have a cable made up to supply just earth ground from the AC circuit if that's the way to go.

The pic you provided ... shows that Output 2 is 15v - and the centre is +ve. (Which is the usual situation.)
So the ground is carried by the shield on the cable / the barrel of the plug.
You said " my multimeter measures 15V across the end terminations ".
You should find that the screen on the meter (if it's digital) shows:
* "+15v" when the meter probes are connected one way round
* and "-15v" when they're connected the other way round.
When the meter reads "+15v" ... the red lead is connected to +15v DC . So that is the wire which should be connected to the +ve DC input on the Xkitz boards.
You will have to rig up a parallel DC cable that has a plug at the PS end which fits the socket in your pic ... and then a separate +/ground wire for each Xkitz board.
Your cable to " to supply just earth ground from the AC circuit " is no use, I'm afraid.

OK, this is what I am measuring, so just to be sure the black wire is ground?
You say to run in parallel to the 2 boards but is there any reason not to run in series?

As you can see - with the red meter lead connected to the red wire ... your digital meter reads 15v.
So the red wire delivers +15v ... and the black wire is ground (0v).
As you do have a digital meter ... try connecting the meter leads the other way round - you should read "-15v".
Actually, I was wrong about needing to build a special 'parallel' cable. Simply take the red & black wires to the connector on the first Xkitz board ... and then run an "extension cable" (red/black) from the 1st Xkitz board's connector to the 2nd Xkitz board's connector.
That is parallel. :-))

Yes, reversing the leads shows -15V DC so as expected.
Series connection to the 2nd board is easier so I'll do that first.
A bit of a stretch to think they'll be here by the weekend, so I'll post again next week when they're connected.

But not a " series connection " to the 2nd board!
It's a parallel connection - IOW:
* +15v and ground goes from your PS to the 1st Xkitz board
* then a pair of wires go from the 1st Xkitz board to the 2nd Xkitz board.
And if you like what you hear with the Xkitz boards ... come back to me about a better LPS to power them. :-))
Yes, you're right about parallel/series when I visualize it - one board could fail and the other would keep working and that's not series.
Always interested in a better LPS, let's talk after the xovers are in place.
