I would say the ML are more aesthetically pleasing, remember they used them in the background of Friends. Better marketing doesn't hurt either, when I hear ML at AXPONA I usually find them pleasing. However when I visit a ML dealer, something doesn't work for me and I leave disappointed. This would include the CLX and Neolith speakers.

With Magnepan it depends on the room a lot, some are of course better than others but I never leave feeling
disappointed.
