You're right about audiophiles being car guys. My dealer and his wife at Apex Audio in Denver used to race Formula Mazda. His daily driver was a BMW 8 series grand tourer - he sold lots of very high-end gear with big margins ;-) His wife drove a BMW 135i like the one I had. John Barnes (RIP) of Audio Unlimited Denver was a fan of Alfa Romero.
I haven't seen you mention it in a long time but do you still own an older Boxster?

It was! One of the lady instructors loves her M2. Says it has a really pretty rear end. I must agree with its diffusor and 265/35-19 tires. :)

Her '13 Boxster is the Mahogany one seen in pics 2 (just barely with German instructor and wifey),4 and 5. Here are a couple more:
