My daughter is convinced that it is too tall/heavy for her and too fast for my grandson. And anyway she really wants an Aprilia 660 RS. I am only cautious due to the necessity of caring for my wife and preserving my driver's license as long as possible. Should anything happen to Mrs. Duck I will - DMV willing - buy a new sports tourer and ride off into the sunset.

  I actually did fall asleep on my Ducati on the Don Valley Expressway in Toronto 50 odd years ago. Rumble strip woke me up.

    I never thought it would be possible on a bike at freeway speeds, but one time I did manage to (momentarily) doze on my Buell cafe racer.
    Shook my head and I kept on riding, lucky me...
