  Should congress or whomever not act soon. Benefits will just be reduced . . . To about 70-75% of current payout. Seems that this is actually the plan.     Reminds me of the 90's when CA passed a motorcycle helmet law. A guy put on a helmet and proceeded to blow his head off with a shotgun to show you could still die while wearing a helmet. Some people just aren't very smart.
