It is not possible to understand the questions, all you hear is his short answers: "Correct... correct... no... correct"

However, at that point no one would have a definite information anyway.

Unlike more professional police chiefs this guy fails to repeat the question for all to hear. Any good public speaker, presenter, instructor, etc. will know to do this.
