Which is to say, not at all.
It looks like Tucker's gravy train nowadays is being a Putin stooge. But then again, that will do Carlson no harm in case of another Trump presidency.
Trump clearly admires all authoritarian leaders and their sort of "leadership" is what he covets. It will be harder to achieve in the USA that many countries, but clearly there are many willing to help him.
