I used to take my mom shopping there, and always carried a couple of extra quarters in case somebody else needed one.
The blissful counterstroke-a considerable new message.
Follow Ups:
Been to an Aldi's a few times when visiting wife's family in Florida. They had a limited selection but everything you would possibly need and the prices were very good. The store wasn't huge and had only a few employees yet everyone was cross-trained. If I recall the shelves were stocked w/o taking items out of their boxes so big labor savings there too. No labor for retrieving carts from the parking lot either.
I later read that Aldi's is very efficient in the way they run their stores which is one reason they can keep prices in check.
