I have a pair of Hawthorne Trio's with SSI drivers. I would like to experiment with adding a rear facing (reverse phase) compression driver/horn (I believe the SSI uses the Radian 475PB-8), which I think would require me to tweak the existing crossover.
Can anyone share the standard SSI crossover schematic?

Try to find more info over at the Open Baffle forum AudioCircle. (if you haven't already)
Do you have a spare amp with a volume control laying around? Just put a cap in series on the rear tweeter. Experimenting with different capacitor values should keep you out of trouble for a while.
Possible, yes. Cumbersome, very.
Spitballin'- I was thinking of trying another 8-ohm tweeter in parallel with the first, but feeding both through separate L-Pads for adjust-ability.
Thoughts?
