Interesing gear,unusual speakers.
Follow Ups:
Duratone sold Aiwa for a while, during the Sony period, again IIRC.
Parts would be an issue.

The speakers look like BES Technology, those square drivers..........
more likely flat diaphragms with center voice coils like the oval KEF b139s.

AIWA made some great stuff, I wonder if they are still around.
I was a proud owner of an AIWA walkman in my youth, the "Fat Boys" tapes never sounded better.
One of my daughter's high school graduation gifts was an AIWA compact system with a 3-disk CDP. That was 1990 and I think it still works today.
Apparently they are Acoustic feedback speakers of some kind.
Was going bankrupt, bought by Sony in '02 and ceased to exist as a trading name in '06.
I remember getting my first CD sound system which really started it all on the late 80s or early 90s. Aiwa was my first choice, but $1,000 or more for a shelf system was a no no on my parents budget for my birthday and Christmas present. Too bad Aiwa was decapitated by Sony, I didn't know that :(
Without Sony Aiwa would have disappeared 4 years earlier.
Aiwa was already bankrupt when Sony took over.
Fwiw, Aiwa served as an experimental marketing effort for sony for a while. They , IIRC came out with some wooden speakers ( the cones were formed of wood), and some other very unusual piece of audio gear.
