It was a satisfying purchase. I was going offer a brief description of the difference in sound I get at home, but I think I'll wait to hear if you enjoy yours too.

Another little something that will help your system.
tighten up the fasteners that hold your speaker cones. They have a tendency to loosen after a while. If yours are loose, you'll hear the difference when you tighten up.
I swear, if I went into my speakers and re-soldered the XO connections and cleaned and tightened everything that turns or plugs, it would have a more salutary effect than buying $500 cables or new amp... just not as much fun.
But consider that when I smell solder-fumes I enter a mystical audio-psychological state of mind where I'm SURE I hear the improvement.
Maybe this winter, when I need a project. It's on my list.
