...So the 352.8KHz x8 oversampled data from the Digital Filter gets oversampled 8 more times inside the DAC. Final D/S modulator speed = 2.8224MHz.

Standard 64fs sigma-delta dac - no surprise - Slider 11:09:19 12/13/07 (1)
Nothing about 96K either since there would be no point going there when the destination conversion is via a multibit sigma-delta modulator type D/A stage running at 64fs.
