Frankly I prefer the engineers who believe they're right and are clearly passionate about their products and about the music industry and about music. It's tough for anyone to conclude that Charles isn't passionate about these things. And he is genuinely concerned for the state of what could happen to the entire music industry. Perhaps the rest of us might be more pissed about these things if we had the knowledge or time to learn about what is happening behind the scenes.
