supposedly, the guy sends jena headphones that were previously mangled by some other modder, but then some expert listens to them and says they sound awesome? why did jena send them back still mangled? the pictures on apuresound are pretty clear. and whoever it is that runs that shop obviously was much more competent than the modders at jena. why are they being so defensive they whole way through? at this point they can't back out i guess? seriously leaves a bad taste in the mouth. pretty disgraceful stuff.
