Cut the US 2-pin plug off close to the plug and chuck it.
Strip off 1" of outer insulation, and then connect the two wires to the L and N terminals of a standard UK 3 pin plug. Black wire goes to the L terminal and White to the N.
That's it.
There are millions of amps etc supplied and wired like this. The manufacturer has designed it so that it doesn't need an earth.
It is safe. Get on and enjoy it!

  beat me to it ............
  if you rewire the amp don't try to add a earth!!! though you can use three core cable. just wired as described .
