IME, most of the line level active signal splitters are based on op amps.
If you give us an idea of what you are going to use this with, we will have a better ides of what level of performance/transparency you need.
With that said, I've used Audio Authority and Radio Design Labs with much success.

Pre-amp is Bryston BP-26, amps have input impedance of 20 Kohms balanced.
Although one may think that a simple 3-way cable splitter could be used and pre-amp could drive ~ 6.7 Kohms (three parallel 20Kohm loads) in practice it did not work well at all. There was severe HF attenuation on the channels driving tweeters.
Thus the quest for a very transparent active splitter that will maintain impedance (gain is neither critical nor desirable).
So are you using Balanced XLR hook ups? If so check out the RDL RU MLD4T at Markertek. I've found RDL's to be quality performers. (no affiliation with either)
