Are these folks still in business? I know their website is still up, but multiple inquiries using their contact function have gone unanswered. Does anyone have an email address for their service manager? I'd like to know the update and service history of my pre-amp and I'd like to order a backup set of tubes from them.

they are moving to Florida. A search here can probably turn up more information. As for tubes - if you are using the 6H23EBs, (recommended)they are available from Kevin Deal at Upscale Audio
